1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "kkkkk club" / "the Company" — the legal entity operating the online gaming platform at kkkkkclub.app, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" — the website kkkkkclub.app, including all pages, games, tools, and services accessible thereon.
• "Account" — a registered member account created by a Player on the kkkkk club Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by a Player and held in their kkkkk club wallet for wagering purposes.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account with kkkkk club, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms & Conditions, including any policies incorporated herein by reference (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Game-Specific Rules, and applicable Bonus Terms).

3.2 kkkkk club conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. If age verification reveals that a member is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

3.3 You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play. kkkkk club targets the Philippines market; use from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorized.

3.4 Employees of kkkkk club, its affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain active player accounts or participate in promotions.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the kkkkk club Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. kkkkk club uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkkkk club account credentials (username and password). kkkkk club will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 You must notify kkkkk club immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kkkkk club will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 kkkkk club reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its discretion, including where required by PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering

5.1 kkkkk club is required by PAGCOR and by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct KYC verification on all members.

5.2 KYC verification is mandatory before processing the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at kkkkk club's discretion. Required documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered mobile number matching account)

5.3 kkkkk club may request additional documentation in accordance with enhanced due diligence requirements applicable to high-value transactions or accounts showing unusual activity patterns.

5.4 Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. kkkkk club is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

5.5 kkkkk club will file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, without notice to the member.

6. Deposits

6.1 kkkkk club accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Available deposit methods may change without prior notice.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Wallet section of your kkkkk club account.

6.3 Deposits are generally credited to your kkkkk club wallet within minutes of confirmation. kkkkk club is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or your bank.

6.4 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

6.5 kkkkk club does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC information. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing targets are:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 1 hour for verified accounts (Gold VIP and above: real-time processing)
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: within 24 hours on Philippine banking days

7.4 kkkkk club reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security review, KYC verification, or compliance checks. Players will be notified of any such delays.

7.5 Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared Real Money Balance is withdrawable.

7.6 In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation under investigation, kkkkk club may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation outcome.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Specific bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

8.2 Standard wagering requirements at kkkkk club range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Wagering contributions from different game types vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–25%, and table games 5%–10%. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.

8.3 kkkkk club reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonus awards and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects: (a) abuse of the bonus system; (b) collusion; (c) use of more than one account to claim a bonus; (d) use of bets or strategies that do not constitute genuine play; or (e) any other conduct designed to manipulate bonus outcomes.

8.4 kkkkk club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where permitted by law. Promotions are valid only for the period specified and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8.5 New member welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing members. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

9.1 All games on the kkkkk club Platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, and bingo — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

10.2 Upon detection of prohibited conduct, kkkkk club will immediately suspend the account(s) involved, forfeit associated balances, and report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure & Termination

12.2 kkkkk club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to forfeit the associated balance, where: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct; (c) PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority directs account closure; or (d) kkkkk club is required to do so by applicable law.

12.3 Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct under investigation, kkkkk club may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be returned within 10 Philippine banking days.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the kkkkk club Platform — including but not limited to the kkkkk club brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of kkkkk club or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kkkkk club content without express prior written consent from kkkkk club. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, kkkkk club's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits kkkkk club's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by kkkkk club's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Consumer Act of the Philippines, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

15.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with kkkkk club may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for disputes that cannot be resolved through regulatory channels.
